I just wanted to thank you for sharing your gifts, and teaching this amazing class. I took this class to allow myself to possibly open up & trust my intuition more. I’m tired of thinking ‘I’m crazy” when I get messages/ see spirits, and after listening to your journey in class and on your podcast I have such confidence to just finally follow my gifts. It was exactly what I was hoping for from this course. I have already physically felt some differences in myself since the course which has blown my mind. Lady, Im sure you hear this all the time, but from the bottom of my heart & soul truly thank you for sharing your experiences & gifts with us, you are changing lives Thank you for changing mine and now being a part of my own personal journey.

Steph has a natural ability to teach reiki in a way that makes it easy to understand and fun to practice. She created a helpful learning environment and I felt comfortable to asking any questions. After Steph’s Reiki two course, I feel confident that I can practice Reiki and eventually incorporate it into my offerings within my spiritual practice. Thank you Steph, you are an excellent teacher!

First, I wanted to just say that receiving the attunements was worth it, even if I never planned on doing anything else going forward. I found so many subtle changes to my mental/spiritual/energetic/physical body. I used to be a very light sleeper. Very active mental chatter. I’ve found that after the level one and level 2 attunements, I enjoy my own company a hell of a lot more. Things feel tighter, if that makes sense? More aligned. And if that isn’t worth the investment, I don’t know what is!

I can’t say enough great things about the Usui Reiki Level One and Two courses I took from Steph. The classes were so great, I would actually consider re-taking them for both the experience and to catch things I missed the first time. Steph packs the classes full of teachings and helpful information. She has mastery of both the subject and the teaching of it, moving the class along so efficiently you can’t believe you just spent half your day learning—time flies!

My PSYCH-K® session with Steph blew me away. It was like a virtual escape to a relaxing getaway with an old friend. She was nurturing and tuned in to exactly how and what my subconscious needed to receive and accept its reprogramming messages. Once again Steph just has a way with how she connects with her clients. I was not really sure what to expect with PSYCH-K, but would recommend this do anyone who has limiting beliefs that may be holding them back in ways they don't even realize. I really enjoyed how Steph teaches her PSYCH-K clients how to muscle test themselves, but supports them in tapping into their energy and validating when there were 'yes' and 'no' responses from the subconscious. I was lucky enough to do Reiki Training with Steph a few years ago, but this time I had a PSYCH-K session with her. I wasn't 100% sure what to expect but Steph explained everything and helped me refine my statements more clearly. She is equal parts professional and friendly/warm. Those that have worked with her before know she just has this 'knowing' about her that is so grounded, intuitive and honest. I had complete trust in Stephanie to support me through the release of my limiting beliefs. Cannot recommend her more!

In short - an issue that had bothered me for *months* was suddenly a non-issue, and I got through the experience with pure ease. Stephanie is really great at making her clients feel comfortable and at ease in the Distance Reiki sessions. She has a really clear way of explaining what she is doing and why throughout the session, and welcomes questions when it is over. I highly recommend Stephanie for a Distance Reiki session, where ever you are in the world!
