I just wanted to email you personally to say thank you. You're a better teacher than I could have hoped for and I'm so grateful to have been referred to you. Everything else aside, the ease of access to deep states of meditation alone has made the experience worthwhile. Having that kind of mental peace on tap is an entirely new thing for me.

Steph has a natural ability to teach reiki in a way that makes it easy to understand and fun to practice. She created a helpful learning environment and I felt comfortable to asking any questions. After Steph’s Reiki two course, I feel confident that I can practice Reiki and eventually incorporate it into my offerings within my spiritual practice. Thank you Steph, you are an excellent teacher!

I have no words to thank you enough for providing this amazing Reiki course this weekend. I feel so grateful that I was called to this with you as my teacher. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience in a way that felt so real and approachable. Your passion for Reiki is so catching...thank you for sharing with with all of us! Today after my third attunement I SAW COLORS FOR THE FIRST TIME! I am so curious to see what happens next.

First, I wanted to just say that receiving the attunements was worth it, even if I never planned on doing anything else going forward. I found so many subtle changes to my mental/spiritual/energetic/physical body. I used to be a very light sleeper. Very active mental chatter. I’ve found that after the level one and level 2 attunements, I enjoy my own company a hell of a lot more. Things feel tighter, if that makes sense? More aligned. And if that isn’t worth the investment, I don’t know what is!

I can’t say enough great things about the Usui Reiki Level One and Two courses I took from Steph. The classes were so great, I would actually consider re-taking them for both the experience and to catch things I missed the first time. Steph packs the classes full of teachings and helpful information. She has mastery of both the subject and the teaching of it, moving the class along so efficiently you can’t believe you just spent half your day learning—time flies!

I absolutely loved your course and the energy of the group. It was definitely something that I hummed and hawed over for a while, and very happy I jumped and did it. You truly are such a great teacher and just wanted to say keep doing what your doing, because you have really created such a cool space and community to be a part of!

My PSYCH-K® session with Steph blew me away. It was like a virtual escape to a relaxing getaway with an old friend. She was nurturing and tuned in to exactly how and what my subconscious needed to receive and accept its reprogramming messages. I released so much of what no longer serves me and am excited to experience through my upgraded new outlook. Revived. Renewed. Refreshed. Thanks so much, Steph!

Once again Steph just has a way with how she connects with her clients. I was not really sure what to expect with PSYCH-K, but would recommend this do anyone who has limiting beliefs that may be holding them back in ways they don't even realize. I really enjoyed how Steph teaches her PSYCH-K clients how to muscle test themselves, but supports them in tapping into their energy and validating when there were 'yes' and 'no' responses from the subconscious.
